How to Apply

Qualification Criteria

To qualify for the Ray Festa Melanoma Scholarship a student must meet the following criteria:

• Cumulative GPA in the range of 3.0 – 4.0 (RFMF is looking for a B+ student)
• Letter in at least one sport
• Active in Community Service
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit
• Exhibits commitment and enthusiasm in all aspects of high school life.
• Demonstrates leadership in interactions with fellow students, faculty and community leaders
• Complete and return the RFMF Scholarship application

Please return the completed application to Ms. Clark in the Montclair High School Guidance Center by April 2, 2010.
