Paul “Bucky” O'Connor, Esq., grew up in Montclair, New Jersey. He attended Montclair High School, where he was a member of the 1984 and 1985 Men’s Lacrosse State Championship teams. O'Connor received his undergraduate degree from Denison University. Thereafter, he attended Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. Since that time, O'Connor has been actively practicing law in New Jersey and is a partner in the Westfield law firm, O'Connor, Parsons & Lane, L.L.C. During his tenure at the firm, O'Connor has earned Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" rating, which is their highest rating. He has also been recognized for his expertise in several publications, including the New York Times.

Mr. O'Connor has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. O'Connor is active in the legal community. He is on the Board of Trustees for the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates.
